What it costs

The first consultation costs nothing, and you come out of it with the exact price for your case, with no obligation to continue. My idea of this profession is that mental health has to be accessible to everyone.

First consultation

Free

To tell me what is going on, see whether I can help, and give you the exact price for your case.

Online session

40 €

By video call, from wherever you are.

Session at your home

from 40 €

I come to you in Granada. The area sets the figure; I close it with you in the first consultation.

Pack of five sessions

175 €

35 € each

If you feel comfortable with me and want me to stay alongside you through a longer process.

Neuropsychological assessment

from 100 €

Children and adults, always in person. The number of tests sets the figure. Includes the interview, the tests, a written report and a feedback session.

What if I cannot afford it right now?

Tell me in the first consultation. I would rather find a way than have you not come at all.

If you also want to look into public assistance, a mutual fund or dependency benefits, I go through it with the official links in this article (in Spanish).

The pack of five sessions

175 € in total, 35 € each. For when you feel comfortable with me and want me to stay alongside you through a longer process. If you are still deciding whether this is for you, go session by session.

What the assessment includes

This is the price of the whole study, not of a single test. The same for children and for adults.

About the prices

How much does a psychologist cost in Granada?

An online psychology session with RMind costs 40 €, and a home visit in Granada starts at 40 € depending on the area. Five sessions cost 175 € (35 € each), and a neuropsychological assessment starts at 100 €, including the interview, the standardised tests, a written report and a feedback session. The first consultation is free, by phone or video call. Sessions are with Fernando Ruiz Martínez, psychologist and neuropsychologist, registration number M-39091.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. It is there so we can meet and so I can see whether I can help with what you are bringing. If it is not my field, I will say so and point you towards where to look.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes. There is no ongoing contract and no notice period: you pay session by session and stop booking whenever you like, without explaining yourself. If you pick it up again later, we do not start from scratch.

Does the pack of five expire?

There is no contract and no deadline holding you to it. The pack makes sense once you know you want to work on something ongoing; if you are not sure yet, go session by session.

Is there any help with paying for the sessions?

What I can do myself is above. Beyond that, there is no general public scheme in Andalusia that covers private therapy, but depending on your case there may be a mutual fund, a refund from your insurer or social services: I go through it with the official links in this article (in Spanish).
