- Choose the format.Online sessions need a private place to talk and a reliable internet connection. Home visits are available in Granada.
- Use the language that feels easiest.Sessions can be held in English or Spanish.
- Bring your questions.You do not need a diagnosis or a prepared explanation for the first session.
