2. Purpose
This website (rmindpsicologia.com) exists to provide information about the professional psychology and neuropsychology services offered by Fernando Ruiz Martínez and to allow appointment requests via form, WhatsApp or the Google appointment calendar.

Access to and use of this site grants the status of user and implies acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services, and not to use them to engage in unlawful, defamatory activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties.

7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that correspond under Spanish consumer protection regulations.

3. Legal basis
The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR), the data subject's consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a) and, for health data processed in the context of clinical care, explicit consent (art. 9.2.a) and the provision of healthcare (art. 9.2.h).
4. Data processed
Name, phone number and/or email, reason for enquiry and, where relevant to providing the service, health data shared during the assessment or session. When you choose a slot in the calendar, Google processes the data necessary to manage the appointment under its own privacy policy.
5. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Service providers are used (hosting, Google Calendar/Workspace) who act as data processors under the safeguards required by the GDPR. If you get in touch via WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. processes the data necessary for messaging under its own privacy policy, which may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area, in which case the safeguards provided for under the GDPR apply (standard contractual clauses).
6. Retention
Data is retained for the duration of the professional relationship and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods for liability and the clinical record-keeping obligations that apply to the profession.
7. Data subject rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to ferruizmartinez6@gmail.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document.
